If you provide unparalleled customer service, reasonably priced and efficient shipping as well as a served-with-a-smile guarantee, you may be able to provide a service to many customers for which they’ll be willing to pay more.
Even in this economy, good customer service is often worth a few extra dollars to many customers. After all, everyone wants to feel special. If you can accomplish that by making your customers feel that they’re valued and important, you’ll almost assuredly build a loyal customer base. Remember, it’s not nearly as challenging to attract customers as it is to keep them.
You can make a living owning and managing an internet business. It will take patience and perseverance, but if you are willing to put in the hours; if you’re willing to be resourceful, strategic and innovative, you may just have what it takes to build the internet business of your dreams.
