shortlinks error 2

hi,

when i click on some short links i get an error like the picture i am trying to add. This happens to me too many times.

no.this is not pop-up.. this is a problem.

I click on tasks but cannot complete them due to this error. The forward and back keys don't work either. The only option is to close the page.
