withdrawal denied

hi...admin my last 2 withdrawal denied...what is the reason for ? and the coins were not credited to my btcbunch balance section.why?pls help me and accept the withdrawal....thank u

ainda estou com dificuldades. ontem consegui fazer 3 saques, mas hoje, mesmo colocando o mínimo, a mensagem é a mesma

(Existe realmente um limite diário?)
